Ingredients : Greek Carolina rice from Chalastra, leek, selected herbs, onion, garlic, rice flour.

Cooking Instructions (For 2 servings)

1. Heat 2–3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.
2. Add half of the risotto jar and stir for 1 minute.
3. Pour in 1200ml of hot water or broth.
4. Cook over medium heat for 15–18 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add extra water if needed for a creamier texture.
6. Finish with butter or grated cheese, stir well and let it rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.

Add salt according to your taste!
