Der biologische Oregano von MYST (Origanum Vulgare) ist eine Bl\u00fctenpflanze voller Vorteile f\u00fcr die Gesundheit. Oregano z\u00e4hlt zur Familie der (Lamiaceae). Die Forschung hat gezeigt, dass die Pflanze im gem\u00e4\u00dfigten Klima der westlichen und s\u00fcdlichen Teile Eurasiens und der Mittelmeerregion nativ ist. Oregano ist eine mehrj\u00e4hrige Kr\u00e4uterpflanze, die normalerweise eine H\u00f6he von 20 \u2013 80 cm erreicht und gegen\u00fcberliegende Bl\u00e4tter hat. Medizinischen Experten zufolge kann die Anwendung von Oregano Entz\u00fcndungen reduzieren und Besch\u00e4digungen von K\u00f6rperzellen verhindern.<\/p>\n

Oregano kann in Gerichten mit Gefl\u00fcgel, Brot, Kartoffeln, Feta-K\u00e4se, Salaten, Tomatensaucen, Pasteten und auch zum Marinieren von Fleisch und Fisch verwendet werden. Wenn wir seinen Geschmack w\u00e4hrend des Kochens nicht verlieren wollen, ist es besser, es am Ende des Kochvorgangs hinzuzugeben, w\u00e4hrend wir es mit der Hand ein wenig reiben, um sein Aroma hervorzuheben.<\/p>\n

Im antiken Griechenland symbolisierte Oregano Freude und Gl\u00fcck und Brautkr\u00e4nze wurden aus Oregano-Zweigen geflochten.
