Rosmarin ist einer der Hauptzutaten der griechischen und mediterranen K\u00fcche. Er kann in einer Vielzahl von Gerichten verwendet werden, da man damit Gegrilltes wie Fisch, Lamm, Gefl\u00fcgel, Kaninchen, Schwein, Rind und Kartoffeln w\u00fcrzen k\u00f6nnen. Rosmarin sollte aufgrund seiner nadelartigen Bl\u00e4tter fein gehackt oder unter Verwendung von M\u00f6rser und St\u00f6\u00dfel zerbrochen werden, um beim Essen nicht zu st\u00f6ren.
