class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>200g \/ 7oz rib eye \/ NY strip \/ Sirloin steak (ideally organic grass-fed)<\/li><li>4 mushrooms<\/li><li>2 corns on the cob<\/li><li>10gr butter<\/li><li>Pack of kosher\/flaked salt<\/li><li>Freshly ground pepper<\/li><li>3 tbs.\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.myst.gr\/de\/produkt\/myst-bio-tin\/\" target=\"_blank\">MYST Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil\u00a0<\/a><\/li><li>2 piece of garlic<\/li><li>1 tbs. celery<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ANFAHRT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Marinate:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Rub the steak all over with a good lug of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.myst.gr\/de\/produkt\/myst-bio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"MYST olive oil (opens in a new tab)\">MYST olive oil<\/a>&nbsp;and a good pinch of sea salt and black pepper<br><\/li><li>Cover it with plastic wrap or aluminium foil<br><\/li><li>Pop it in the fridge at least for 30mins<br><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Corns on the cob :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Preheat oven to 250\u00b0C \/ 450\u00b0F&nbsp;<br><\/li><li>Butter the corns&nbsp;<br><\/li><li>A pinch of sea salt&nbsp;<br><\/li><li>A pinch of black pepper<br><\/li><li>Bake 220\u00b0C \/ 425\u00b0F for 20-25 mins<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Steak :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Heat 3 tbs.\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.myst.gr\/de\/produkt\/olive-oil-myst-pure-tin\/\" target=\"_blank\">MYST Extra Virgin Olive Oil<\/a>\u00a0to a pan.<br><\/li><li>Add the steak to hot pan, then cook for 5 minutes for medium-rare, or 8 minutes for medium-well.<br><\/li><li>Add 2 pieces garlic<br><\/li><li>4 sliced mushrooms<br><\/li><li>1 tbs. celery<br><\/li><li>Add 10gr butter on the top of the
