Baked for 10-12 mins to 220\u00baC\/425\u00baF.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 2 : Saut\u00e9ed the mushrooms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heat 3 tablespoons of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myst.gr\/de\/produkt\/olive-oil-myst-pure-tin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">olive oil<\/a> in a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir mushrooms in the hot oil until mushrooms are lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low and simmer until mushrooms are tender, 5 to 8 more minutes.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 3 : How to cut and peel the avocado<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.<\/strong>&nbsp;Grip the avocado gently on one side with one hand. With a large, sharp knife in the other hand, cut the avocado lengthwise around the seed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.<\/strong>&nbsp;Holding the avocado in the palm of one hand, use your other hand to twist and rotate the two halves apart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.<\/strong>&nbsp;Slowly glide the spoon around the perimeter of the fruit to completely sever the flesh from the skin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.<\/strong>&nbsp;Cut the fruit in small slices<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 4 : Salad bowl<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Note: The greens should be completely dry. &#8211; No matter what kind of greens you use, they should be as dry as possible.
